Shipping Policy
At Veluna, we partner with trusted international carriers—including FedEx, DHL, UPS, and local couriers—to deliver your order safely and efficiently. We offer flat-rate shipping across the UK, US, Canada, and beyond.
Order Processing & Verification
All orders are charged at checkout and go through a standard verification process, which may take 1–2 business days. This step ensures security and fraud prevention. Orders with incorrect or unverifiable details may be delayed or canceled.
Once verified, your order typically ships within 1–2 business days. During high-volume periods, such as holidays or restocks, fulfillment can take up to 7 business days.
Once your order enters the shipping process, we are unable to make changes (e.g., address updates or cancellations). Please double-check your details before placing your order.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday only. We do not ship on weekends or public holidays. Once your package has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
Note: Orders with multiple items may ship separately depending on availability and warehouse locations.
Tracking Your Order
Every Veluna order comes with a tracking number. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your package has been handed to the shipping carrier.
Please allow a few days for tracking to update. If you haven’t seen movement after 5 business days, contact us at hello@theveluna.com and we’ll assist you.

Please note: These are estimates only. Delivery may vary due to customs processing, local courier efficiency, or other factors beyond our control.
Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
International shipments may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, or clearance fees. These are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient.
If an order is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees or incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any associated costs.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
Veluna is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen parcels once marked as delivered. If your tracking shows delivery but your package hasn’t arrived, please file a claim with the courier directly.
We use official timestamp and tracking data in our investigation process. Claims made long after delivery or without evidence may not be eligible for resolution.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is your responsibility to enter the correct shipping information at checkout. Once an order is placed, it begins processing immediately and cannot be changed.
Orders shipped to incorrect addresses due to customer error cannot be refunded or retrieved.
